The Soul Force Project celebrates Afro-Fusion music, planted deep in East Africa and reaching out sweet musical fruits to the rest of the world.

Natalie and Denis, both singer-songwriters and instrumentalists of different musical heritage, create provocative and enchanting melodies that merge both contemporary and African indigenous sounds into a whirlpool of dynamic rhythms and emotion. The sound is progressive, exploring new landscapes of freedom that have no borders.

The Unity Concert Live Recordings

The following tracks are from the Unity Concert that took place in Nairobi in January 2007, featuring a dynamic line up of many of Kenya's leading afro-fusion artists. Through the first one week Soul Force music workshop, these artists were able to come together for the first time to share their music, in order to raise awareness for victims of rape through performing at the Unity Concert and welcoming the World Social Forum to Nairobi. Each singer-song writer donated a song to the week long workshop, in which the other artists  and musicians learnt how to take part in, as well as composing new material together. The group consisted of a great variety of people from Kenya's 42 different tribes, such as the Maasai, Kikuyu, Luhya, and Luo and thus The Unity Concert was a great expression of both cultural diversity and cultural unity at the same time.
